The following is a reproduction of a real email thread that occurred earlier today within a corporate office environment. Names have been removed to protect any possible confidentiality considerations.
Although this is a true story, it is filed under “Jokes” for what will become obvious reasons.
From: [Office Manager]
To: Office distribution list
Subject: DrinksTeam ? We are currently in the process of evaluating our drink vendor to ensure that we are receiving top-notch service and completive pricing. Over the next couple of weeks, you will most likely see samples of different coffees; don?t be alarmed we?re not taking away Starbucks.
Feel free to sample the coffee and provide me with any feedback you have.

A reply was issued shortly thereafter, by an employee who is attached to that office but works out of his home:

Subject: Re: Drinks
Importance: *HIGH*I will need samples of this coffee forwarded to my house. It is of the highest level of importance that I participate in this coffee tasting process, as the future of the company and perhaps the global work force at large, weighs in the balance.
Please use the highest level of shipping and posting to ensure freshness.
