Oatmealloaf
1 large tall sided SOUP bowl.
Add 2 cups quick cook oatmeal.
Add 1 scope egg protein powder.
Fill bowl with water, stir.
Add sugar and salt to taste.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Now you have a solid loaf of oatmeal.
